OpenPBI allows the importing of personnel budgets for a range of periods from an Excel spread sheet or ASCII file.
The program will allow you to import budgets that have been prepared in a third-party application. The program validates the data being imported and displays any invalid data. This allows correction of the import file and a rerun of the import process. Once the data file has been selected, you have the option to proceed with or cancel the import process.
